DeLorme is pleased to offer a free evaluation copy of XMap 8 GIS Enterprise for new or current XMap customers. The trial version contains all of the features and functions of the standard version of the software and is available as direct download from DeLorme.
Shortly after submitting the request form, you will receive an email containing links from where the software, as well as a sample of XMap’s topographic base map dataset, can be downloaded. The email also provides a license number that is required during the installation process. The file size for the software download is approximately 1.1GB and the sample data is approximately 635MB.

About the XMap Evaluation Program
- DeLorme will email an evaluation download link with a license key. NOTE: DOWNLOAD IS A 1.7 GB FILE
- The trial version of XMap has been designed to expire 30 days from the date of installation, although any projects or data layers created during that time will be preserved and will be available after purchasing the full version of the software
- The trial version cannot be reinstalled on the same computer although you are welcome to share the trial installation files with others in your company or organization for the purpose of evaluation
- Includes XMap 8 Software and a sample of base data
- The evaluation includes two downloads; one for software, one for base data. If you already have DeLorme base data on your computer you can use that data for the trial
