Earthmate® GPS LT-20 or LT-40 Not Acquiring a Fix
Please make sure you are either outdoors or in a vehicle when trying to acquire a signal. The Earthmate GPS was not designed to be used indoors. Also, the first time you attempt to acquire a signal it can take up to 20 minutes. After the initial fix, the acquisition will take much less time.
